How to lose weight
How I did it: I stopped eating just to eat. I only really eat when I'm hungry. I was eating a little bit healthier and working out for awhile, but it was definitely the not eating fifty times a day that helped.
I'm going back and forth between 110 and 112 now so I'm content. I don't want to loose anymore because that would mean that I can't donate blood and being able to is too important to me.
I'm much more confident with my body. I still want to get more toned and in shape, but I think that will come with just getting out and being active and taking up dance again in the fall.
