How I did it: So I kind of forced myself to draw more by taking an art class for the spring semester. I was pretty good in high school but with no teacher around my drawing kind of fell to the wayside.
There were so many assignments for this class that it was so ridiculous but I managed to pull through and draw some really amazing sketches and final pieces.
I had almost forgotten how relaxing it is to just stand there and draw with nothing but your thoughts and ipod music. I also forgot how annoying charcoal is :)

Westie can never say the right things
Lots and lots of still lifes. It was a lot better than just drawing boxes, which we did for the first whole week. I’ll have to take more advance classes to draw other things like the human body and such.
