How I did it: I followed the directions in the book and stuck to it. Two 32 oz. Nalgene bottles of lemonade per day plus lax tea at night and SWF with Celtic Sea Salt in the morning.
Lessons & tips: Make the lemonade the night before.
Abstain from television, print media, internet surfing, and shopping while fasting.
Take a personal inventory each day. The cleanse is a great time to assess your mental and spiritual well being as well as physical.
Use this time to clean out the excess in your life. Get rid of things that you don't need/use. Separate yourself from life's drama.
As you clear out the negative in your life, start planning what positive changes you want to enact.
When coming off the fast, I found that fresh juices and later raw foods were the easiest to digest.
