How I did it: When I decided that i was not happy with the looks of my upper teeth, i have gone to the dentist.
He has checked my mouth, took a model of it and after a month he inserted the braces.
it hurts when you eat(and at first it scars all inside your mouth even though you dont eat anything), and some food remains on them so you gotta brush your teeth after any meal, but when i think of the result i will have, i know the only thing i can do is to bear.
the other thing is that, you cant talk normally for a while: "ish thish your tesk?" but people find it rather cute(yes that surprised me too:sweat:) and everybody says it doesnt look bad at all, cause almost 3/4 of people around me used to have braces.

Lessons & tips: *dont eat food other than soup for the first week.
*brush your teeth after any meal.
*dont care about what other people say, the ones who used braces will support you, the other ones have ugly teeth.
