How to quit Smoking
How I did it:
2008 I managed to break my addiction to nicotine when I purchased and read “The Easy Way To Stop Smoking”
by Allen Carr.
An incredible 5 days later I was truly Un-addicted to nicotine! That was March 10 of 2008. To this day, I am still thankful to Allen Carr, and his book, because I remain a nonsmoker.
I know your thinking, “how in the world can a BOOK, help me quit smoking”?! (I thought the same thing) But I kept seeing people talk about how they used it, and I was pleasantly surprised to find it did work.
I was even happier when I found the book was a mere $15.00 at the book store, but “it became the most valuable purchase I ever made!” (I finished it in 5 days) You will not be sorry you bought it.
I don’t recommend using nicotine patches because “nicotine is what our bodies are addicted to” so they drag out the process, and in the end your still addicted to nicotine!
Just for kicks I’ll list some of the things I’ve used (that failed) before the book:
- Nicotine patches, ($27.00 a box, per week) for the first 6 weeks then more patches for the next step down 6 weeks, then the final step down 6 weeks. In the end - YOUR BODYS STILL ADDICTED TO NICOTINE! What a hoaks!
- Hypnosis, $75.00. (Smoked on the way home)
- Laser acupuncture, $350.00. (Fail)
- 2nd attempt at nicotine patches (Fail)
- Do yourself a favor, “GET THE BOOK!”
let me know how you did. “You will never be sorry you quit”!! Good luck.
Lessons & tips:
- No alcohol, for several months. NONE!
- Sugar substitutes cause (sugar) cravings.
- Drink lots of water.
- Watch the diet.
- GET THE BOOK!
