How to be more active
How I did it: Being "active" sounds really easy... And it is! Just not to start.
A lot of people think of "active" as working out or exercising, but it's really much more simple than that. It's just a mindset to use your body when you can rather than avoid using it when you find a way to (ie. taking the elevator, finding the closest parking space, letting the dog out in the backyard rather than taking her for a walk).
Decide to use the body you were given. Not for hardcore, gut-busting, over the top workouts but rather just in a pleasing day to day way. When you realise your body is adaptable and, better yet, completely connected with your brain, you might be surprised how much more you want to get out of your body. And when you do it won't be a struggle.
