How to learn to be ambidextrous
"It is worth it, if ever anything happens and you lose movement in a hand."
How I did it: I wrote left-handed, one page a day, in a notebook for a month. I was sloppy but by the end of the month, wrote a lot more clearly and quickly. Some have said its easier to read than my dominant right hand! I'm still a little sloppy, but at least I'm legible. I'm going to keep this up as I have the time.
I also brushed my teeth a lot with my left hand using an electric toothbrush and when I could remember, use it for other tasks. By a few days time, I could cut a steak with my left hand.
Lessons & tips: Do as I say. Write with your non-dominant hand a page a day in a standard rule notebook. Use it in as many tasks as possible that require lots of fine muscles (turning, mouse clicking, etc.)
