How to quit Smoking

How I did it: I read the Easyway to quit smoking by Allen Car. The real kicker was when I stayed out very late one night and chain smoked until my lungs hurt. I went an entire day without a cigarette and figured I should just keep going. To be honest, I have had a few puffs since that day. But, I have not purchased any tobacco products and my cravings are gone. I feel so much better.
Lessons & tips: Chew minty gum, something intense. Once your smell returns, you won't like the smell of cigarettes. They don't smell good in general.
Avoid alcohol for awhile. Any relapse I had was when I had been drinking.
