How to don't watch TV for a month

How I did it: It wasn't so hard to break myself of the habit of turning the tube on. I didn't hang around in the kitchen so much, I went outside and ran around, gardened, made campfires with friends. Honestly, not sitting around in front of the TV helped me diet better. I didn't eat just because there was food around. It was a great experience.
