How to not look for the negatives in my job and instead realize it allows me to have and do what I want
It made me
relieved and content 
"Oh my gosh, I do like my job."
How I did it: I think partly I'm older and less high strung about The Man. Also the recession makes one more grateful for one's job. But mostly, I'm in a great department with great managers, and even when there's a lot to do, it's not high stress. I truly am content about my job.
Lessons & tips: Don't get carried away by stupid office bureaucracy. It's everything. Focus on what you enjoy about your job and realize not every day will be bliss.
