How to become more flexible
How I did it: Well, in PE in school we do stretches every day before we play games and stuff. So every day i would push myself a little bit farthe and throughout my 11 months i got more and more flexible. Yeah it hurt, but not that much. And it definatly paid off. It feels good to be able to do a split and have ppl look at u like "Whoa! Are u an alien or something?! How do u do it?". But it definatly take determination and comitment cuz when i first started i wanted to stop right away but decided to keep going. Hope this helped.
Lessons & tips: Just stick to it and don't push yourself too hard.
