How to spend more time at the beach
It made me 
"had a great summer with a good amount of time spent on the sand and in the sea with the family."
How I did it: Set aside time each month of the summer to spend at the beach house. Dropped everything about daily life and focused on the moment (at the beach). Really treated each day there as a vacation.
