How I did it: I learned over time by taking Capoeira classes. Now I do three or four handstands a day just for kicks.
Lessons & tips: The key to the handstand is to not let your legs lose control – try pushing your legs directly to the air – it will help offset any flailing.Another technique is to open your legs out wide while on your hands – it helps balance your weight to the sides instead of forward or backwards and activates the right muscles needed to keep them straight. If you try three or four times a days, you will surely learn it quickly enough.Next, you’ll be trying the au batido!
