How to learn how to run
How I did it: I signed up with a running group so that I would have a committment and I went twice a week to the running group. I did what they advised and took care of myself while running and on our off days. I got up to 3.8 miles and was very proud. BUT I discovered I HATE running and would rather just work out in the gym. So, I'm back at the gym full time and when I want to run, I run ON THE TREADMILL
Lessons & tips: If you want to do it, go for it. I wish I had loved it. :(
