"Totally worth it."
How I did it: I took a class with an amazing teacher. At the time of the class, I was battling bulimia. It really helped my recovery in that it was impossible for me to hate my body during class. The two just did not seem compatible. I cried through a few classes here and there, but it was a cleansing cry. Yoga feels amazing.
Lessons & tips: Take a live class, then try it with books and DVDs at home
