How to jump out of a perfectly good airplane by Mailgirl333

"It was AWESOME and I went back and did it again 5 days later!"

How I did it: I booked with SKYDIVELASVEGAS.COM in Boulder City.  3 other people decided to join me.  We did it on a Monday morning.
I called them on Wednesday and asked if they had room on Friday for me to go again.  They did.  I went back and jumped again with the same instructor.

Lessons & tips: DO NOT DRINK the night before AT ALL and get some sleep.  They tell you not to drink before the jump, but they don't specify that you should not let your friends get you drunk the night before.

really awesome! man, i’d be totally psyched if i get the chance… i really want this!

but lol, that lil advice at the end.. was that from experience? ive heard though, that the best cure of a mean hangover is some extreme adrenaline rush.. and what could be a better way than to plunge some hundred meters down the desert skies?

yes, from experience...

the adrenaline rush worked fine, but once the chute pops open, there’s some spinning involved and spinning and hangover do not mix. :)
When I jumped the second time, the adrenaline rush wasn’t as big as the first time. It was actually kinda mellow.

lol quite a very good point about the spinning xD

and oh, i suppose that it only means yer ready for a greater height.. base jumping maybe? lol

man, ive got a long way to go.. even tandem skydiving seems like a huge deal for me :P
