How to get back in shape
How I did it: At close to 280 lbs, it was time to take control. I got the book, and read the first couple of chapters. Armed with the great information contained within, I was ready to start.
I followed the diet to the letter. Honestly, I thought I would be miserable, but I never once felt starved or otherwise uncomfortable. Now, almost 7 months later, I am closing the gap to 200. This has completely changed every aspect of my life, and I've never been happier!
