How to listen to a book on tape
How I did it: Most of us listen to music on a daily basis... in the car, in the shower... whenever. I replaced my "music times" with the audio book. I listened to it while I got ready, in the car and (the most useful time) during my walks/jogs each day.
When I used it during my walks, I noticed that since I didn't have a song to keep pace to, I just walked at my own pace. My own pace ended up being significantly faster than usual which means I received more of a workout with the audio book playing! Also, I ended up taking a walk in the morning AND at night, JUST to hear some more of the story. So, I not only listened to a book on tape, but I also lost a pound!

Resources: I copied the disk onto my computer and than stored it onto my ipod for easy access. Don't worry, I deleted it off both my computer and ipod when I was done. I'm not trying to be illegal or anything. :D
