How to move to los angeles
How I did it: Packed the trunk of my car with a bag of clothes, computer, and audio equipment. Left Syracuse, drove to NYC to pick up my cousins, and headed West. It took us just over a week with stops in select cities.
Would do it again any day.
Got to LA, and lived with my cousin for a while. Got a job at The Beverly Hills Hotel, and a record label. Had a blast.
Lessons & tips: If your going to move to LA, drive. You need a car anyway.
Do as much as you can.
The worst part of LA is the smog.
The best part is the people, action, the weather, opportunities.
Be patient. Things don't happen overnight for everyone.
Befriend everyone you meet. Everyone is someone.
In meantime of trying to find your dream job, work at the Beverly Hills Hotel as a valet - it's life changing. (Shout out to CD and the crew)
Don't limit your potential.
Be you.
