How to drive across the country
It made me 
"Worth doing again."
How I did it: Packed the trunk, picked up my cousins, and hit the road.
There was no science to it. We departed from NYC and arrived in LA.
Walking across country is the challenge.
Lessons & tips: Have enough money for gas.
Be willing to camp if you don't want to pay for hotels.
Set destination of odd things, and take your time. 2 weeks was a bit of a rush - we did not see as much as we could have.
