How to exercise 3 times a week
"Finally, I got really serious about it. Instead of putting off."
How I did it: Ever since summer classes started, I have been going to the gym afterwards....and now I am getting use to going. Even if I don't want to. I been working Monday thru Friday expect on Wednesdays. I know its been just three weeks but I am starting to feel better and stronger. Woot!
Lessons & tips: I suggest for people to workout after class because after you finished working out your brain, finished it of by working your body too.
Resources: My boyfriend.....He is doing too....but on his on time with his frat brother.
