How to do 100 pushups
"A helpful program, even if you don't actually get to 100 in the end."
How I did it: I'm marking this as done, despite the fact that I never actually did 100 consecutive pushups. Why? Because that's a pretty silly, arbitrary goal when you get right down to it. What's important is that I went from barely being able to do 10 sloppy pushups at a time to being able to do more than 60 good-form pushups consecutively. I've now moved to a more balanced fitness program, but this program helped give me the incentive to start improving my fitness.
