How I did it: Fat keeps your cells dead. Fat keeps your mind tired. So, why keep eating junk food that contains fat?
I did it because I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I cannot lose weight as fast as I should. So, I went to see a doctor and he told me what was the recipe.
Lessons & tips: You are not always hungry. Sometimes, you are just thirsty and thirst is commonly confused with hunger.
Junk food has flavor in it, but not juicy flavor. For juicy flavor you should change your junk food to fruit and vegetables. They contain fiber and nutrients that not only help you with your mind but also with your skin.
Resources: Drink water. A lot of water.
I guarantee this is a life-changing goal.
