How to go skydiving
"Scary, exhilarating, and a confidence builder."
How I did it: My mom got into it, and then she got me into it! As for "how" I did it, well, I don't know. The hardest part was jumping out of the plane, the rest was easy. Just breathe deep, enjoy yourself, and arch your back.
And as one of the instructors Kip told my mother,
"Remember, you were up there."
You can do it, even if you think you can't. That is why this sport is such a self-esteem booster.
And another great quote:
"Skydiving is 95% mental, 5% physical."
Lessons & tips: -Remember if you're going tandem, the person with you is an expert. Skydiving tandem is a trust exercise. Just do what he/she says and you'll be fine.
-You may find yourself crying the day of/a few days after your first dive. This is normal! When you do something you never imagined being able to do, it's easy to get emotional.
-Go to the bathroom before you dive! Just in case. :)
