How I did it: You obviously need to stock up on lemons, maple syrup, non iodized sea salt, cayenne pepper, and senna leaf tea. Other than that, you must be in the right frame of mind to begin. Know why you're doing this, what you want to accomplish, and have people who love you supporting you. And remember that you can always eat when you're done- the I MUST EAT NOW! mentality is just that- all in your mind. You can do whatever you set your mind to do. And you will reap great benefits- feel much better, look much better.
Lessons & tips: Just do it, you'll thank yourself. Yes its difficult- if it weren't, everybody would be doing it.
