How to lose a stone
How I did it: Basically, I went vegetarian. That's all I really changed, except depending on vegetables more, obviously. It's not that difficult to become vegetarian, there are alot of brands like Quorn that make meat substitute if tofu isn't for you. Also, I started to eat less chocolate. At one point, I cut it out of my diet completely and it really helped, I got down to my lightest which was 8stone 5lbs and less than my losing a stone target! I now weight 8stone 8lbs and am a lot happier with my body.
Lessons & tips: I drink a lot of tea now to stop myself snacking. It helped a lot, so if you don't like tea, substitute it for something like cranberry juice - yumm.
