How to get up earlier
"early to bed, early to rise"
How I did it: After I got a job, I just simply had to get up earlier to be there on time. It took a while for my internal clock to acclimate to wanting to go to sleep earlier, but eventually it happened.
Lessons & tips: The hardest part is getting yourself to go to bed earlier. I did a lot of yoga to help restful sleeping and for insomnia. Mediation also helps.
