Cannot function without Monster and NOS!
How I did it: I read a book called "Skinny Bastard," and changed many of my eating habits overnight. I quit soda on the spot, and that along with generally avoiding refined sugar and the other dietary changes I've made have resulted in my losing almost 20 pounds in about 3 weeks, and I haven't even started exercising yet! Soda is absolutely horrible for you, yet many people make it a daily habit. There's nothing worthwhile in soda, and it lessens your enjoyment of many other things. Now that I avoid refined sugar, things that used to not seem as sweet are now amazing!
Lessons & tips: Quit it and don't look back. Screw moderation or stepping it down. Just stop it, stop making excuses, and start drinking water. Lots of water. If you're thirsty, down a glass of water immediately. If you crave something to drink, down a glass of water immediately. Water is amazing for you and suppresses other cravings.
