How to see snow

How I did it: I've been talking to my friends about doing a day trip for quite some time, but we hadn't set a date. Then I was meant to meet said friend for coffee but instead she told me to be ready at 8am and to wear warm clothes... although she didn't tell me, I knew what we were doing; going to the snow!
