How to eat healthier
"Fantastic. Best I have ever felt."
How I did it: After weeks of feeling like crap I took on a fully raw diet for 2 weeks. I've never had so much energy. I was feeling alive and vibrant all the time. All it took was dedication and putting my long term goals ahead of my short term wants. Concentrating on what I really want out of life in the long term helped as well. Instead of just the next 30 days, or year, what I wanted to do for the next 60 years.
Lessons & tips: Commit to something you know you will enjoy.
Fill your plate with food that you really like.
Forget the fad diets, a real diet is for life.
Use the mantra: "You can be healthy or eat junk, not both."
Keep your focus on the why, not the how.
