How to make homemade ravioli
"A worthy experience for my taste buds."
How I did it: I started my Saturday afternoon hanging out with my friend, Janet. She already has a pasta machine, which I believe she purchased at Williams-Sonoma a while back. We used a great recipe that her daughter sent us for the pasta itself. Then, we just loosely followed a spinach-ricotta recipe for the filling. It was so delicious, and took about three hours in total (starting from getting the tools out all the way to making the sauce, which we did separately).
Lessons & tips: Pasta is a very forgiving recipe, so don't worry too much about making mistakes. Also, the thinner you can make the pasta, the tastier it seems to come out.
