How I did it:

• Joined RSDNation. 
• Listened to Tyler's free audio
• Went out every night. I'm on Day 63, and not stopping yet.  

The steps were simple. But the eye opeing experience into another world lessons were super-valuable. Theorizing about social dynamics will never get you what you want. As Tyler says, going out will fix most of your problems, so DO IT.  

Lessons & tips: Stop drinking. It gets expensive.
