How to go on a roadtrip with no predetermined destination
"Soul Searching"
How I did it: Before I got married, I went on a road trip. I didn't know where I was going. All I know is that I had food, gas money, a tent, and some extra cash just in case. It was an experience that had me search my soul to determine if I really wanted to get married. I met some interesting people on the way. I wrote in my journal. I drew what I saw. I cleared my mind. Then... I began to think about what I wanted. I wanted to marry that girl back at home. I wanted her to be my companion for the rest of my life.
Lessons & tips: Make sure clear your mind before you make any major decisions. No influences. Just yourself.
Resources: A car, a cooler, a tent, some food, some drinks, some money, and an open mind.
