How I did it: it is my job to write sometimes about stuff that i have no idea about, so i have to search and read more and more even to write few lines..
I am trying to be more patient reading and trying to have the curiosity to know even if i am not at lots of my moody times.
I started reading through websites first and then staring to this radiating screen is tiring but low it is radiation and also books at the mornings are a great option, also for me putting my notes on the book by my pencil, circling some phrases turning that to be dynamic method not a statue position that only aches your whole body and mind.
I hope i can improve it more and more.
