How to I want to lose 10 pounds
How I did it: I decided that 170 was not the weight for me and told my self I would rollerblade 8 miles for two days and then for one take a break and keep doing that. It made me go 5 days a week without being burned out. I miles is only about 1 hour 10 mins. It was not too tiring, and I didn't and have not go burnt out on it either. I feel good and work out the amount I like.
Lessons & tips: If you don't like running or jogging or cardio, try tennis or roller blading, or biking. Not everyone works out the smae, set your own way up so you are more likly to stick to it, befor going to the gym was like 4 times a month, now workiing out my way is like 4 -5 times a week.
