How to brew my own beer
How I did it: I compiled all the equipment I needed piece by piece. Cooked 6 pounds of light malt extract for an hour, adding .9 oz of hops along the way. Placed in a 5 gallon carboy and fermentation locked with a u full of vodka. Bottled after 2 weeks.
Lessons & tips: Sterilize everything! Bottle carefully, I had two bottles break during carbonation.
