How to see a chiropractor
"Best decision I've made for my health and well-being this year."
How I did it: Got a recommendation from a friend for a good chiropractor in town. (Dr. Chris Lowery in Tallahassee, Florida.) Made the appointment, acquainted myself with what to expect, and made it a regular thing.
Started out going once every two weeks, now I only need to go once a month, or as-needed.
I feel so much better. I have lumbar scoliosis, and he corrected some things that were out of place in my neck, spine, and even hip. I feel more alert, sleep better at night, and best of all, picked up a lot of tips on taking better care of my neck, spine, and body as a whole.
Lessons & tips: Get a friend's recommendation, and make sure you feel comfortable with your chiropractor. Relax when you're being adjusted!
