How she did it
(Sorry, I made a new account.) I forgot to write how I did it.
I would have to say that the biggy was changing my eating habits. I changes the drastically, and now it just comes so naturally.
I still don’t go to the gym enough, and I’ve got to say, thats the reason I haven’t lost all the weight by now. I need to go more often. But when I did, I’d go about 5-6 days a week and walk 3.5 – 4.0 for about 30 – 45 minutes a day, and come home to do a work-out from a magazine, and lift 10 pound hand weights. 10 sets of 10 overhead lifts for triceps, and 5 sets of 10 behind head reps for biceps.
Most of what I ate were low-cal foods that really fill you up, like clementines and grapes, and would usually have salmon for dinner.
