How I did it: Put it on my to-do list & then it took me months to make the appointment.

The test itself was painless. The only thing I didn't like was having my eyes dilated. While I didn't experience pain it was slightly uncomfortable.

I confirmed what I had already figured out. I have near-sightedness. Basically it's computer eye-strain and it's been giving me headaches and blurry vision for the last 6 months.

The doctor gave me a prescription for glasses. She told me to rest my eyes from the computer.
