How to learn pilates
How I did it: Joined my local gym and started taking the class offered on Saturday mornings. At the end of the class is a meditation session which I found extremely useful for unwinding after a busy week at work - I leave feeling light and positive and energised which is a great way to start the weekend!!
Lessons & tips: Make sure you let the instructor know you are a beginner so he/ she can guide you through the poses a little easier and help to make sure you are holding your posture correctly, etc
