How to drink less

How I did it: The few times I drank in the past couple of months, all I could think about (while drinking) was how I would feel in the morning. Or about how sick I could become if I drank too much. My tolerance went down a ton also, so it took even less for me to catch a buzz. Basically, I realized that I didn't need drinking to have fun. In fact, chances are good that it only put a damper on the fun I was already having.
