How to ace my exams
How I did it: After studying for each exam right before the day of the exam I managed to do well. My advanced functions exam was different so I studied across three days.
Marks:
91% Theology/World Religions
82% Media Studies
96% Communication Technology
92% Advanced Functions (highest in class :D)
Lessons & tips: Study smart, you don't need to study ten weeks before exams, you just need to know your stuff, that's all. You either know your stuff or you don't. If you don't understand something, don't say "maybe it won't be on the exam?", instead learn that.
Before studying make yourself a sheet with everything in each unit of a subject. Organize this and use it as a checklist to go over things. Make sure to ask your teacher/professors to make sure something is on/not on the exam.
Best way to study for exams in subjects such as Physics and Mathematics, is doing actual problem solving/application work. Remembering a bunch of definitions will give you a basic idea of each subject but won't help you solve any problems, will they?
Resources: Look through your books and sheets given out.
