How to knit
How I did it: I found an old knitting book, wool and needles. With the book i desided to teach my self how to do it. I had someone show me how to start and off i went. when i was done i went on about.com to find out how to cast off.
Lessons & tips: Just keep at, the more you do the better your rows will come out. and make sure you keep note of the needle size recommendation on the side of the package.
When you first start to knit it might be tempting to use the pretty, uneven wool, don't! For the first couple times use the plane wool tell your comnfotable with knitting.
Finally, when knitting, be careful not to pull you stitches to tight or you'll never be able to slide them back and forth on the needle.
