How to do more yoga
"My body feels better. My mind feels better."
How I did it: I tried out two different yoga studios in the area. I know I can do yoga at home (which I do sometimes) but I like going to a quiet place and having an instructor. Both yoga studios had a special for new students and I got a different feeling from each studio. But, by trying two different ones, I was able to sign up for one that fit my personality and needs.
Lessons & tips: It might be hard or frustrating at first, but don't give up. Go even when you are tired and can think of a million excuses why you should stay at home.
I noticed a change in my flexibility after just three classes!
