How to do the splits
How I did it: I just got out of high school but when i was in high school i wanted to do cheer and gymnastics so i had to learn how to do the splits. I learned about 20 different excersises that helps me that i cant really explain all of them on here. But one that seemed to help me out alot is this pillow trick i use. This is when you sit in front of the tv and go down into the splits as far as you can. Then when you feel you are as far down as you can go put pillows in between the space that you have left and then once you feel comfortable remove a pillow each time and eventually you find yourself all the way down in the splits. Trust me it works. I can now do my right, left and middle splits.
