How to spend more time with my children

much happier 
"I have three children and work on average 45 hours per week sometimes more. I was never seeing them and it was having a negative effect on both me and them."
How I did it: I now work from work one or two days a week so that I can take them to and from school on these days. I also now leave work no later than 4:45 (although I get into the office for about 7:30) so that I can get home and see them before the bath and bedtime routine begins.
The weekends are all about them!
