How to not necessarily win an award. I just want someone to say "Good Job" or "Well Done."
It made me 
"WELL DONE! GOOD JOB!"
How I did it: I'm always looking to someone else to praise me or give me their approval. WTF? I don't need someone else to tell me anything. I can tell myself!
