How to get a full time job

How I did it: Basically, I had been wanting to go full time at the company I'm currently working at. So, when I saw a full time position come available, I applied for it right away. After two interviews, I got a phone call from someone in HR offering me the job! I start my 8 week training on July 6, and after that I will be a full-fledged full time employee.
Lessons & tips: If you see a job you want, go for it! The worst that can happen is they say no.
