How to lose 10 lbs
How I did it: I did Teabo 3 times a week the first 2 weeks, and walked 1 mile the days I did not do Teabo.
Thereafter, I slowly built myself up to jogging. One block at a time, then two blocks, then three!
Eating healthier, not starving! I wanted to lose 1 lb a week, so that I could keep it off!
I would love love to lose 5 more lbs....but as of right now, I am happy and continuning to build up my cardio for overall health.

Drinks 80 ounces of water a day (A MUST!)
GET MOVING!
