How to stop eating fast food
"It's HARD! But I look and feel so much better. Definitely worth it!"
How I did it: I ate more at home, where I had healthier food choices available. I tried to think ahead and not get too hungry while I was out. I also expected to slip once in a while, and when I did, I made sure it was a little slip - instead of a full meal at a fast food place, I had one taco, etc. It makes a difference!
Lessons & tips: Make sure you have food in your refrigerator that is healthy and EASY - if there's too much preparation involved, you may just skip it, and then fast food will be more tempting.
